With payroll, the DEKRA Arbeit Group assumes the employer function for your company - e.g. if you have tight headcount targets, cannot do without any of your team members or need additional employees. Your existing or recently recruited employees are emplyed by the DEKRA Arbeit Group and made available to you for a specific or indefinite period as part of labour leasinf agrrement. This means that essential employees remain in place or the team can be expanded as required. The DEKRA Arbeit Group only charges the actual costs an a contribution for payroll and administration. So that you can concentrate more on your core business!
